Prior to on-site deployment, an off-site trial will validate your waste's viability as a BSFL feedstock and maps the optimal conversion protocol for your specific waste stream. Organic byproducts from your operation — trims, offgrades, distribution losses, expired ingredients, processing by-products — are then prepared and loaded directly into the Biodigester.

Our closed loop solution is set up and commissioned at your site. Each site is configured to a 60–120T capacity with containerized biodigesters processing 20T/month each, in a 10-day bioconversion cycle. Each unit operates autonomously, with real-time monitoring via IoT sensors.

Black Soldier Fly Larvae are the most efficient bio-converters in nature. Our BSFL bioconversion process requires no water, no labour, and only 20 kW/T per unit — a fraction of energy demand of composting, anaerobic digesters, pyrolosis or transport-based disposal. BSFL neonates are added to the ideal substrate ratio, calibrating our process with the BSFL lifecycle – ensuring maximum waste conversion efficiency and no fly emergence.

Each bioconversion cycle results in effectively eliminating all your hauling and handling costs. Your landfill tipping fees are replaced by our monthly managed-service fee — with 3 tiers designed to match your operations — and client payback is achieved in under 5 months. Our software platform collects real-time data for both operational efficiency and carbon reporting purposes. Our team harvests the mature insect biomass and the next cycle begins — while your savings compound.

Our solution avoids 94% of the CO₂e emissions associated with conventional organic waste disposal, validated by the Centre for Climate Change Management. Our GHG Data platform — offered as a subscription — delivers real-time, IoT-verified waste conversion metrics. We provide auditable Scope 3 CO₂e data for ESG reporting, retailer procurement compliance, and a pathway to verified carbon credit generation for insetting (carbon tax savings) or direct market sale.
